What finally changed my life wasn’t another diet — it was allowing God to rebuild my identity from the inside out.
True transformation doesn’t come from pressure or perfection. It happens when we slow down, invite God into the process, and begin rebuilding our lives from the inside out.
Today I combine my Master’s Degree in Christian Counseling, coaching certifications, and lived experience to help women build the kind of transformation that doesn’t disappear when motivation fades.
